Inventory Control Analyst

Job Summary: A professional responsible for systemic inventory control, auditing, fiscal support, and process standardization across kiosks, as well as preparing management reports. Systemic Inventory Control at Kiosks - Monitor systemic inventory levels across kiosks, tracking receipts, issuances, and transfers. - Analyze discrepancies between physical and systemic inventory. - Monitor inventory turnover, stockouts, overstocks, and stagnant items. - Track losses, damages, expirations, and breakages. 2. Inventory Auditing - Conduct periodic physical audits (rotating and full inventories). - Visit kiosks to verify merchandise, processes, and inventory organization. - Prepare audit reports identifying inconsistencies. - Validate operational procedures related to inventory. 3. Fiscal Support and Invoices - Support the recording, verification, and validation of purchase, sales, and transfer invoices. - Verify quantities, products, values, and CFOP codes. - Assist in correcting fiscal discrepancies affecting inventory. - Collaborate with the accounting/fiscal department. 4. Processes, Controls, and Standardization - Contribute to standardizing inventory processes across kiosks. - Suggest improvements to operational procedures to enhance control and reduce losses. - Support the implementation and execution of periodic inventories. - Ensure correct system usage by store managers. 5. Reporting and Management Support - Prepare management reports on inventory, audits, and losses. - Provide reliable information to support management decision-making. - Support planning for restocking and inter-kiosk transfers. - Serve as the focal point for inventory control coordination with operations and administration departments.
