If you are restless, energized to learn, and want to join a team that values collaboration, autonomy, and impact, come with us and transform mobility in Brazil! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead **financial planning** processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reviews; * Prepare and analyze **management and financial reports**, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs); * Perform **variance analyses** between actual results vs. budget/forecast, identifying risks and opportunities; * Build and enhance **financial models and projections of results and cash flow;** * Support business areas with **financial analyses for decision-making;** * Prepare **executive presentations** for senior leadership and company directors; * Develop and automate **performance dashboards and monitoring tools;** * Drive continuous improvement of **financial planning processes and governance.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;** * Prior experience in **FP\&A, Financial Planning, or Controllership;** * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data; * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with **financial modeling;** * Experience with **BI systems or financial ERPs** will be considered a plus; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across different company departments. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance (fixed monthly value, including during vacation month and with no monthly deduction \- Flexible); * Food Allowance (no monthly deduction \- Flexible); * Medical and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Happy Day (Take a day off on or around your birthday to enjoy as you wish); * Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days); * Zenklub; * Wellhub; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Discounts at universities, language schools, and other partner institutions.
