We are looking for a **Junior Tax Analyst** to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and wish to consolidate your career in the tax area, this opportunity is for you. On our team, you will have the chance to work directly with comprehensive tax routines and contribute to our organization's compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record tax-related documents (input, output, and service invoices), ensuring correct fiscal and tax classification of transactions. * Verify electronic invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, NFC-e), checking registration data, CFOP, CST, NCM, tax rates, and other fiscal information. Support the calculation of indirect taxes such as ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, and COFINS under supervision of the responsible team. * Assist in fiscal reconciliation between fiscal documents, ERP systems, and accounting records, identifying inconsistencies or discrepancies. * Manage and organize fiscal documents, ensuring traceability of transactions and supporting internal and external audits. * Support preparation and review of ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), EFD Contributions, GIA, and other tax declarations. * Assist in responding to tax inspections, audits, and internal requests by providing necessary documents and information. * Support validation of fiscal registrations for products and suppliers, including NCM, CST, CFOP, and tax rules. * Contribute to standardization and improvement of tax processes, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in related areas such as accounting, tax, or fiscal departments; familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation. * Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. ERP system experience. * Knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation.
