RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage accounts payable and receivable, entries, write-offs, and files; * Contact customers; * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow; * Issue payment slips, invoices, and tax forms; * Generate remittance files and import return files for title settlements; * Monitor accounts receivable reports for maturity and outstanding balance reconciliation; * Monitor the billing system to validate sent items, issue payment slips requested by customers and sales representatives, and analyze delinquent accounts for referral to third-party collections and PECLD; * Support the development of credit analysis policies and customer credit limits, as well as renegotiation of overdue customer debts; * Support the preparation of departmental reports.
