For 5 consecutive years, we have been certified as a GPTW (Great Place to Work), recognizing that ours is truly an excellent place to work! **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in preparing and processing license and certificate renewals. \- Support due date tracking; \- Perform company re-registration in municipalities. \- Register contractual amendment processes, company cancellations, and maintenance of client companies in operational systems; \- Support customer service by identifying needs related to processes. **Requirements:** \- Experience in company incorporation \- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
