The professional will work in a multidisciplinary manner, recognizing that Tax and Accounting functions are complementary and interdependent, thereby contributing to information quality, deadline compliance, and adherence to current legislation. Additionally, the role includes client support for technical clarifications, preventive verifications, and assistance in organizing internal routines. We emphasize strong technological support, utilizing various systems and digital tools to optimize processes; therefore, proficiency and openness to using technology daily are essential. ### **Prerequisites** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; prior experience in an accounting firm; knowledge of tax and accounting routines, including journal entries, tax calculations, and reconciliations; familiarity with accounting systems, preferably Domínio Sistemas; knowledge of ancillary obligations such as SPED, DCTF, and EFD; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; effective communication skills for client interaction; collaborative, proactive profile with an integrated understanding of departments; ease in using technology and adapting to new systems and digital tools.
