Main Responsibilities * Support for daily administrative routines * Document and file control and organization * Recording and reconciling accounts payable and receivable * Issuing bank slips, invoices, and receipts * Assisting in preparing financial reports * Customer, supplier, and partner communication * Budgeting Requirements * Previous experience in administrative and financial routines * Basic financial knowledge (accounts payable/receivable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications * Experience with financial systems/ERP * Experience in budgetary control * Knowledge of the Domínio system * Experience in accounting offices Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.100,00 \- R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
