This professional will be responsible for ensuring document organization, material control, system entries, and support for internal requests, directly contributing to the efficiency and standardization of administrative and industrial departmental processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Request and track consumables, cafeteria, and office supplies; * Manage inventory of administrative materials; * Conduct quotations and budgeting with suppliers, in coordination with the procurement department; * Track purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and system entries (ERP); * Support purchasing and commercial order processes; * Assist with invoice receipt, verification, and organization; * Support financial postings and document organization for tax/accounting purposes; * Develop, update, and manage administrative spreadsheets and reports; * Organize physical and digital files; * Provide support to administrative, operational, and commercial departments; * Maintain product code and record control; * Ensure compliance with internal deadlines and organizational standards.
