Job Summary: Accounting Coordinator responsible for supervising and coordinating the accounting team, ensuring execution of routine tasks, adherence to deadlines and regulations, and supporting audits. Serving clients as the technical reference **Position:** Accounting Coordinator **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT Contract **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca – RJ **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour and 15 minutes lunch break – candidate's choice) **Salary Range:** R$ 7\.000,00 Benefits Meal/food allowance of R$ 30.00 per day (R$ 1.00 deduction\) – single card Transportation Benefit (deduction according to legislation) or Fuel Benefit of R$ 400.00 on Flash card (no payroll deduction) Health insurance after probation period (co-payment based on age group) Dental plan (fully covered by employee) Happy Day (one day off in birthday month) Semester-based banked hours (paid in June and December payrolls) Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring execution of routine tasks and compliance with legal deadlines and targets Review and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, monthly closings, and financial statements (Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity) Ensure correct application of accounting standards and corporate legislation Provide technical guidance to the team and standardize procedures Serve as the technical reference when interacting with clients Ensure accounting compliance and proper fulfillment of ancillary obligations Support internal and external audits Propose process improvements and internal controls enhancements Present accounting results to clients Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration Prior experience in supervising or leading an accounting team (minimum 1 year) Experience working in medium- or large-sized accounting firms Experience with companies under the Real Profit taxation regime Solid knowledge of general and corporate accounting Familiarity with CPC/IFRS standards Advantages Experience with Domínio and SCI Único systems Postgraduate degree or specialization in related fields Behavioral Competencies Leadership and people development Organization and deadline management Analytical mindset and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate Degree – Specialization/MBA
