That’s why, at SBA, eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in our collective future.** ================================================================================================================================================================================== **Health and Well\-being:** ======================= * **We prioritize your well\-being with comprehensive health benefits designed to support you and your family, respecting the specific needs of each country.** ===================================================================================================================================================================== **Growth:** ================ * **We drive your growth through professional development opportunities, training, and upskilling programs that strengthen your career path and expand your potential.** ============================================================================================================================================================================================= ### **The Accounting Analyst will work in a dynamic environment with strong business exposure, responsible for accounting and financial routines, focusing on quality, deadline adherence, and continuous improvement.** ### **The role involves activities such as monthly accounting reconciliations, manual journal entries, asset and cost control, support for financial statement preparation, and interaction with various company departments—enabling technical development and a broad business perspective.** ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * ### **Perform monthly accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, appropriate documentation, and timely completion.** * ### **Prepare and post manual journal entries, ensuring correct application of accounting standards (BR GAAP and US GAAP).** * ### **Support the monthly accounting close process.** * ### **Act as a Business Partner to various departments, supporting analysis and understanding of financial impacts.** * ### **Support accounting classification during invoice processing (Perceptive system).** * ### **Monitor and resolve outstanding items in internal systems, ensuring timely resolution.** * ### **Execute and analyze accounting account assignments per local regulations and US GAAP.** * ### **Support asset control, especially construction-in-progress (CIP) assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and movements.** * ### **Monitor and control ongoing costs (CAPEX), ensuring proper classification and tracking.** * ### **Support preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements.** * ### **Participate in departmental projects and initiatives, contributing technical analyses and process improvements.** * ### **Assume end-to-end responsibility for accounting processes, ensuring data quality and consistency.** * ### **Continuously deepen knowledge of the business and company operations.** * ### **Perform other tasks and projects as required by the department.** ### **What You Should Have:** * ### **Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting Sciences** * ### **Experience in accounting and/or Finance departments** * ### **Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel** * ### **English language proficiency \- considered a plus** ### **Benefits Offered:** * ### **Meal and food allowance;** * ### **Medical and dental assistance;** * ### **Life insurance;** * ### **Wellhub;** * ### **Reimbursement for English courses;** * ### **Childcare allowance;** * ### **Lyra (Employee Assistance Program);** * ### **Profit Sharing Plan (PLR);** * ### **And others.** ### **\#LI\-VG1
