Continuous development and a flexible work environment **Job Description:** The primary objective of this position is to perform activities related to Banks, Accruals, Reclassifications, analyses and control tasks, as well as reconciliations to support Brazil's accounting processes. The role will also be responsible for preparing ICE Controls related to these activities. This position will work closely with BU and MGSF teams, as well as other strategic stakeholders, to ensure correct processes and accurate numbers during Period Close, as well as preparing variance analyses, explanations for BU, and benchmarking. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Accounting; * Knowledge of accounting principles; * Proficiency in the following tools: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP is mandatory; PCA is desirable; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a flexible and constantly changing environment. What will be your key responsibilities? * Responsible for bank accounting and reconciliations, ensuring all Towers complete banking activities on time and that reconciliations are prepared at period-end without outstanding items; * Responsible for analyzing and recording Accrual requests from BU via FORMS, evaluating supporting documentation, cover sheets, correct accounts, and approvals; * Perform reclassifications per BU requests, ensuring all steps in FORMS are correctly completed; * Document workflows, procedures, checklists, and policies for activities under your responsibility; * Support internal and external audits through Connects requests, interacting with each area that may cause delays in delivery; * Support ad\-hoc requests.
