Together, this neighborhood aims to improve condominium life through technology and security! \**Position Objective: \** Execute technical procurement processes for electronic security equipment as well as administrative supplies (office materials and other items), ensuring optimal commercial terms and fulfilling the requirements of the headquarters and the company’s own units. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** -------------------------------------- * Lead quotation, negotiation, and procurement processes for electronic security equipment and office supplies. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers across different regions of Brazil. * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness in procurement. * Support centralized procurement initiatives, distributing materials from headquarters to the company’s own units. * Assist in supplier qualification, contract analysis, and delivery monitoring. * Monitor procurement performance indicators and propose process improvements. **Additional Responsibilities** * Receive internal purchase requests. * Analyze and validate technical specifications, quantities, and deadlines. * Conduct market research and obtain quotations. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and contractual conditions. * Reduce costs without compromising quality. * Identify, evaluate, and register new suppliers. * Ensure purchases comply with internal policies, legislation, and compliance standards. * Prepare management reports for the procurement department or executive leadership. Monitor delivery timelines. * Resolve issues related to quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies in invoices. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** ---------------------------- * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in technical or strategic procurement. * Knowledge of supplier negotiation and contract management. * Experience in the electronic security or facilities sector is desirable. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
