The Shopping Mall Operations Coordinator will oversee maintenance, security, parking, fire brigade, cleaning, conservation, and other services essential to the property’s operation, as well as manage store and developer construction projects — all with an emphasis on safety, quality, and cost efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide direct support to the Operations Manager in administering and monitoring the property’s operational routines, ensuring full functionality of all areas under responsibility. Monitor and interface with internal teams and service providers for building maintenance, asset protection, parking, fire brigade, cleaning, conservation, and other essential operations — guaranteeing service quality, adherence to established standards, and satisfaction of internal and external customers. * Track operational performance indicators, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, propose solutions, and support implementation of more efficient processes. Audit contracts and suppliers, evaluating timelines, costs, quality, and technical compliance — aiming for resource optimization and improved cost\-benefit ratio. * Manage and monitor store and developer construction projects — from initial project review through execution and final handover — ensuring compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, safety regulations, and scheduled timelines. Conduct technical inspections, validate documentation, oversee approvals, and ensure all stages are executed with focus on safety, construction quality, and financial efficiency. * Proactively identify operational, structural, and safety risks, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
