Issue departmental reports, formalize agreements, assist condominium managers and attorney requests, complete protest documents, and handle support tickets on the website. Generate accountability reports for clients (delinquency, agreements, and collection history) and monitor the implementation of agreed terms. Previous experience as a Collection Assistant, Credit Analyst, Collection Assistant, or Collection Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
