We are looking for experienced professionals in the **facilities area; FACILITIES COORDINATOR** * Supervise outsourced service providers (hard and soft services), such as cleaning, security, building maintenance, gardening, and reception. * **Maintenance and Cleaning of condominiums:** Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out to keep facilities in good condition and high quality. * Coordinate and supervise internal teams for cleaning, pantry, doorman, and reception services, as well as manage relationships with clients, condominium board members, and administrators; ensure service quality and contract compliance. * Be highly meticulous and strict about cleanliness, and conduct necessary training for teams. * Lead a team of 30 people and enjoy working with people.
