Job Summary: This role supports the Procurement Transformation and Operations team, collaborating with global resources to optimize supplier risk management and ESG processes. Key Highlights: 1. The role will collaborate and interface with local, regional, and global Procurement resources, supporting all stakeholders and driving productivity through optimization and improvement of supply chain risk management processes and supplier ESG compliance requirements, Power BI dashboard generation, and integration of market intelligence data. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support maintenance and use of the supply chain risk management tool; * Support implementation of ESG tools with Elanco suppliers, including data management and operational analysis of results; * Support planning, execution, and implementation of the strategic plan related to the expansion of the Responsible Sourcing department; * Provide support and training to global resources according to departmental policies, processes, and tools; * Conduct internal/external benchmarking to identify new opportunities, initiatives, and strategies; * Support development and monitoring of departmental KPIs using existing tools; * Engage, encourage, and support client departments in complying with Elanco policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or Economics, with expected graduation from June/2028 onward; * Advanced to fluent English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI); * Must be enrolled in evening classes; **Additional Information:** * Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the office **What We Offer:** * Internship stipend: R$ 2\.500,00 * 13th-month salary * Sulamérica Classic Health Plan * Sulamérica Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance: R$ 1\.000 per month * Transportation Allowance (no employee deduction) * Birthday day off * Medication allowance * Welhub and Wellz * Language course allowance Elanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
