**What success looks like in this role:** Obtain an understanding of business needs, software requirements, and architectures, data architectures and structures, testing strategies, and other inputs from Product Owners, Business Analysts, Requirements Analysts, Software/Solutions Architects, Data Architects, and Database Analysts. b) Build and maintain the technical design (e.g., diagrams, workflows, and interfaces), source code of the software, data solutions (e.g., management or monitoring dashboards, reports, analytical databases, master data), and other artifacts from analysis and design, implementation, and testing disciplines focused on ETL, DW/DM, BI, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, and Analytics technologies, per the applicable methodology. c) Guide team members regarding understanding of the software and implemented data solutions, and their relationship to software requirements and data structures. d) Participate in the development team, assuming responsibility for, planning, estimating, and delivering backlog items during each sprint, and promptly flagging risks related to delays, underutilization, and technical impediments. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** Desirable certifications: a) CSD – Certified Scrum Developer. b) PSD – Professional Scrum Developer. Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology program with a minimum of 360 hours.
