**Responsibilities** Swimming instructor with professional experience in the field. Swimming is the central focus of this instructor’s professional life—not a temporary phase. The primary objective of this position is not competitive swimming training (which is secondary), but rather swimming initiation for children, adolescents, and adults. **Qualifications** Graduated instructors with specialization in swimming and experience in gyms and/or clubs. Although swimming experience is an important factor, we prefer younger, recently graduated professionals without preconceived notions about swimming instruction (since we have a defined methodology that must be applied). **Workdays and Hours** Two options are available: Diurnal and Vespertine. **Compensation** Depends on the instructor’s level of experience and knowledge, according to the company’s career development plan. This amount is determined after resume review and interview.
