Support data analysis for process improvement Provide support for the company's planning, control, and organization activities related to processes and projects, contributing to efficiency and achievement of established goals and deadlines. * Assist in developing and monitoring schedules and action plans; * Support data and performance report analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement; * Organize information and documents required for project planning; * Monitor and control progress of activities and established deadlines; * Conduct resource assessments necessary for executing projects and processes; * Support the planning team in performing administrative tasks, such as updating spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems; * Facilitate communication and interaction among different company departments, ensuring team alignment; * Collaborate in risk analysis and development of solutions for activity planning. * Preferred qualification: currently pursuing or recently graduated in Civil Engineering.
