Job Summary: Nicatto is seeking a developer to join its product team, responsible for maintenance, evolution, and direct customer interaction to transform their needs into solutions. We are part of the Clickativo Group, with 16 years of market presence in Vila Velha/ES. What You’ll Do You will join the team responsible for maintaining and evolving Nicatto’s products. In practice, this means: * Responding to and resolving customer support tickets * Fixing bugs and performing application maintenance * Developing improvements and new features * Documenting what you build and resolve * Direct customer interaction — understanding their pain points and translating them into solutions This role requires responsibility, clear communication, and a continuous learning mindset. PHP knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — those unfamiliar will learn over time with team support.
