Ensure timely delivery of indicators to respective departments and clients; Analyze processes across all operational areas and identify improvement opportunities; Plan activity execution, sizing required resources jointly with Management and Supervision; Provide technical support to operations regarding indicator management, critically analyzing and validating indices; Monitor development of procedures, Work Instructions, Checklists, and Forms; Monitor progress of internal operational programs (5S, BRC, URSA, SMETA, FSSC, Framework, etc.); Ensure operation and continuous development of the Operational Management System (OMS): Establish and monitor meeting schedules; Apply management techniques to operational processes and controls; Ensure updates to visible management controls; Develop and implement new management, control, and planning tools; Know and apply Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Participate in in-person and online meetings with clients; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields. Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query). Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar). Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS).
