Billing analysis and structural improvements Description: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Hospital Administration, or Radiology Technology; * Postgraduate degree in Health Management, Hospital Administration, or Bioimaging (preferred); * Active registration with the respective professional council. * Prepare the monthly examination schedule for bioimaging services. * Monitor outpatient billing through reports and identify potential structural and process improvements, reporting findings to leadership. * Resolve inconsistencies and billing rejections generated from bioimaging examinations. * Resubmit claim denials for examinations, if necessary. * Review and develop departmental work instructions, as needed. * Review and develop departmental workflow diagrams, as needed, in collaboration with leadership. * Supervise and ensure proper functioning of the examination confirmation/execution service. * Monitor service satisfaction surveys via the We Help system. * Annually conduct the Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Provide training to team members for skill refreshment, qualification, and development of new competencies. * Conduct team meetings regarding service operations as well as topics related to the Quality Management System (QMS). * Analyze service-related issues and propose solutions. * Motivate the team to deliver high-quality public service. * Develop and monitor administrative staff work schedules. 2512030202191777682
