If you are a recent graduate in Building Technology or Civil Engineering, and have already worked on drainage and pavement projects, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Manage pavement and drainage construction projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality * Coordinate in-house and third-party teams on-site * Monitor physical\-financial schedules * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards * Promptly resolve operational issues * Direct interface with management and other involved departments **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in pavement and drainage construction projects * Solid experience in construction project management (planning \+ execution) * Leadership ability and capacity for on-site decision-making * Proficiency in reading construction drawings and project control * Residency near Araçoiaba da Serra (no accommodation provided) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Experience with public works projects **Compensation and Conditions:** * Salary: R$ 5\.000,00 to R$ 6\.500,00 * Benefits: Meal allowance of R$ 220.00 \+ life insurance \+ breakfast and lunch on-site * Work schedule: Monday to Friday Payment: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * This position is specifically for residents of the Araçoiaba da Serra/SP region.
