**None:****Summary of activities:** The Clinical Engineering intern supports technical and administrative activities related to health technology management, assisting in monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of medical\-hospital equipment, opening and tracking technical service requests, controlling equipment inventory and documentation, as well as supporting inspection routines, functional testing, and technical recordkeeping. The intern also contributes to report preparation, supports clinical teams, and monitors suppliers, always under the supervision of the responsible engineer and in compliance with technical standards and safety requirements. **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Basic technical knowledge of medical equipment. * Good communication skills, planning ability, proactivity, teamwork, and critical thinking. **Desirable requirements:** * Prior experience, even if from academic projects or previous internships, in maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment. * Familiarity with calibration processes and electrical safety testing of medical devices. **Activities:** * Comply with standards and procedures, suggesting improvements. * Participate in capacity-building programs and training sessions. * Adhere to safety, hygiene, and discipline regulations. * Promote a positive work environment. * Assist in performing corrective and scheduled maintenance (calibration, preventive, and electrical safety). * Assist in delivering equipment-specific training according to user manuals. * Enter technical data into the management software. * Conduct rounds and accompany inspections. * Organize and update technical documents. * Control accessories for medical devices. * Assist in equipment installation, receipt, and evaluation. * Monitor and perform equipment transfers when necessary. * Assist in specifying spare parts and tracking equipment undergoing external maintenance. * Observe medical procedures and disseminate technical knowledge. * Perform other duties related to the position, provided they do not pose risks to patient or equipment safety or integrity. **None:** None
