Since our founding in 2012, we have delivered over 4,000 units and grown exponentially, ranking #1 in Brazil for fastest-growing construction company. **Civil Engineering Assistant – Residential Projects \| Pride Engenharia \| Ponta Grossa \- PR** Pride Engenharia is looking for a **Civil Engineering Assistant** to support monitoring and control activities on residential construction sites. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor service execution at the construction site, ensuring adherence to the schedule. * Assist in material control, measurements, and daily site logs. * Support the supervision of subcontracted teams and suppliers. * Record and report progress, pending items, and requirements to the site engineer. * Assist in verifying service compliance with project specifications and company standards. * Participate in weekly planning and organization of work fronts. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a **Civil Engineering degree** (from the 4th semester onward) **or recently graduated**. * Interest in working onsite and learning through hands-on experience. * Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. **Location:** Ponta Grossa – PR **Work Modality:** Onsite at construction site Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
