All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the responsible party supporting the company’s financial activities, performing administrative and accounting tasks, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. * Assist in and process credit, foreign exchange, and service operations; * Issue branch cash flow closing reports; * Classify supplier service invoices and forward them for payment; * Record financial transactions; * Monitor and control accounts payable and receivable; * Assist in supplier registration; * Support the finance team in various tasks; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial documents; * Identify and report financial issues or irregularities; * Maintain appropriate personal appearance, wear uniform, identification badge, and PPE as required; * Ensure and comply with occupational health and safety standards and procedures during task execution, aiming for zero accidents; * Use company-provided equipment and materials responsibly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic education: Technical School Diploma; * Field of expertise: Experience in finance or accounting; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** The traditional benefits you already know—we offer those too.
