Job Summary: Coordinate and schedule maintenance teams, plan activities, prepare technical reports, and manage procurement and third-party service contracting. Key Highlights: 1. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and scheduling teams, including creating and organizing work shifts; Conduct quotations, procurement, and contracting of services with third parties; Plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and execution methods for activities within the area of responsibility; Update facility layout drawings related to building systems; Participate in meetings with contract supervision teams to achieve service-related goals and objectives; Prepare technical reports analyzing building-related issues and defining implementation solutions; Develop action plans for service execution; Prepare technical reports of completed services, including before-and-after photos; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Certificate of completion of a Technical Course in Building Construction from an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), with proven work experience in the field as evidenced by employment record book (CTPS). Basic computer skills and fundamental knowledge of building maintenance are required.
