After all, our business growth means the growth of Our People. \#vemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for Store Bakeries / Gourmet Sections, Butcher Shops, and Cafeterias; will handle asset receipt, conduct supplier-led training, and carry out negotiations to ensure adherence to schedules, focusing on launching new company departments; * Monitor performance indicators to enhance contribution potential alongside commercial teams/suppliers, aiming to exceed company-established targets; * Additionally, manage and organize sales, shrinkage, inventory, stock rotation, general inventories, good practices, and ensure compliance with company-defined layouts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school Intermediate Office Suite proficiency Willingness to travel within the operational region.
