If you are a person with a disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise inspections at the Work Center to ensure customer satisfaction with services provided by the company. * Supervise activities of Inspectors and Supervisors assigned to clients, providing guidance and supplying necessary resources. * Guide and train Inspectors on implementing new work methods and procedures, monitoring performed services regarding compliance with procedures, behavior, performance, and interaction with Security Guards. * Organize and control proper use and maintenance of auxiliary equipment (radios, electronic patrols, computers, motorcycles, vehicles, and others). * Implement corrective actions, when required, based on incidents reported in the Daily Report by the Inspector. * Monitor and conduct investigations to clarify incidents, prepare related reports, and suggest improvements whenever necessary. * Prepare documents and analyze data to identify the quantity/quality of resources needed to fulfill/complete contracts, as well as assess risks per Work Center to adopt supplementary measures supporting employee performance. * Plan implementation of new services, requesting allocation of necessary human and material resources (labor, integration of new Security Guards, uniforms, weapons, and auxiliary equipment). **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Security Guard Training Certificate. * Driver’s license Category B with over two years of driving experience. * Experience in operational and management roles, or demonstrated capability to develop process and team management skills. * Leadership skills, with emphasis on conflict management. * Knowledge of the international radio alphabet and Q-code. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Familiarity with routes, risks, hostile environments, and public security aspects within the area of operation. * Availability to work varied shifts and schedules. * Must reside in Itabira. **WORK LOCATION:** **ITABIRA**/MG
