




**Job Profile – Snack Bar Assistant** **Job Responsibilities:** Greet customers at the counter in a friendly and efficient manner. Introduce the store, menu, and clarify customer questions about products. Prepare food items (cookies, beverages, desserts, and side dishes). Operate the cash register (opening, closing, and handling of funds). Restock supplies and organize inventory. Process orders via iFood. Maintain store organization and cleanliness—including the counter, utensils, infrastructure, and equipment. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good food-handling practices. Keep the environment clean and organized (counter, tables, equipment). Carry out daily operational tasks. Participate in provided training sessions. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous demeanor. Efficiency, attentiveness, and commitment. Organizational skills and attention to detail (especially regarding hygiene and food preparation). Proficiency with technology. Basic computer literacy. **Desirable (Preferred Qualifications):** Experience in snack bar or cafeteria kitchens, or in customer-facing roles. Food handling or hygiene best practices training.
