About the Role Alcoa is seeking a Refinery Operator A to work in the Calcination area of the Refinery in São Luís – MA, responsible for routine operational activities, including area organization and cleaning, sector equipment control, as well as cleaning of pipelines, tanks, and equipment, always adhering to Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety and operational rules and procedures; * Perform activities correctly and safely; * Execute safety checklists prior to any operation; * Clean the work area; * Follow safety regulations by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), observing warning signs and signals, and reading regulatory instructions to ensure individual and collective physical integrity. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Education: Completed High School; * Preferred: Participation in any Alumar Operator Training Program (e.g., Young Apprentice); * Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work on a 6x3 rotating shift schedule.
