Fisioforma, a reference in aesthetics for over 30 years, has an open opportunity for a **Receptionist** at our Mococa/SP unit. We are seeking a communicative, organized, and professionally poised individual who enjoys interacting with people and providing a welcoming experience to our customers. **Main responsibilities** * Provide in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service; * Handle appointments, confirmations, and schedule organization; * Greet and direct customers to their scheduled services; * Support technical and commercial teams; * Maintain an organized and pleasant reception area; * Assist with administrative routines at the unit. **Requirements** * Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor in customer service; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proficiency with WhatsApp, computers, and appointment scheduling systems; * Agility, proactivity, and responsibility. **Preferred qualifications** * Commercial mindset; * Experience in public-facing customer service; * Background in aesthetics, beauty, or health sectors. **Work schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Benefits** * Fixed salary; * Transportation allowance; * Performance bonuses.
