Description

Receive and guide the various individuals visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize patient entry and contribute to institutional security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients at the unit who will undergo examinations; * Register and schedule patients in the system; * File examinations and examination requests; * Guide clients to other departments; * Maintain the department organized; * Perform other activities as needed or as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The HRS serves the DRSXVI Sorocaba region (48 municipalities) and 15 municipalities from the Mananciais and Rota dos Bandeirantes Health Regions, totaling a population of 5\.412\.200 residents (IBGE – 2016\), via the São Paulo State Health Services Regulation Center. The Sorocaba Regional Hospital “Dr. Adib Domingos Jatene” features adult clinical and surgical beds, pediatric beds, an operating center, a diagnostic center, an emergency department, specialty outpatient clinics, and an outpatient surgery unit where elective surgeries are performed, with admission and discharge occurring on the same day as the procedure.
