Training and guidance of staff on sanitary regulations The **Coco Bambu** network is hiring a **Nutritionist** to manage quality control, food safety, and nutritional planning, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations and upholding the network's high standards. We seek a responsible, organized professional who works well in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise food preparation, storage, and distribution; * Ensure adherence to good handling and hygiene practices; * Conduct quality control of food and supplies; * Monitor inventory, product expiration dates, and storage conditions; * Train and guide staff on sanitary and nutritional regulations; * Prepare technical reports and attend inspections when required. **Requirements:** * Degree in Nutrition; * Active registration with the Regional Nutrition Council (CRN); * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Residency in Limeira; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Schedule:** * 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM (6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday per month) * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM (6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday per month) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Dental plan (fully covered by the union); * Tip bonus; * On-site meals.
