Job Summary: Work as an IT Technician, performing rollouts, equipment replacement, and providing operating system and hardware support, with emphasis on problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with hardware, assembly, and maintenance of computers and notebooks. 2. Participation in IMAC processes with a focus on hardware and user support. 3. Focus on rapid and efficient resolution of hardware-related issues. **Compensation:** R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month **Position: IT Technician \- Temporary** **Work Location:** Alumínio \- SP **Work Mode:** On-site * Execution of **rollout and equipment replacement** activities, including preparation, installation, and machine replacement. * Participation in **IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change)** processes with a focus on hardware. * **Installation, configuration, and formatting** of computers and notebooks. * **Creation and deployment of system images**, data migration, and user profile configuration. * Handling, organization, and identification of **legacy equipment**, including preparation for return to inventory. * Basic support for **Windows** operating systems and end-user applications. * End-user support, focusing on **rapid and efficient resolution of hardware-related issues**. * Documentation of support cases and **daily reporting** to the coordination team. **Requirements:** * Practical experience with **hardware**, assembly, replacement, and maintenance of computers and notebooks. * Experience in **equipment rollout** (a significant advantage). * Knowledge of **Windows** and basic familiarity with **Linux**. * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, conciseness, and ease of interaction with end users. **Job Details:** * **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * **Location:** São Paulo – SP * **Assignment Duration:** Up to 02 (two) months * **Salary:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day * Transportation allowance: full commuting cost coverage * Life insurance * SESC membership Job Type: Permanent CLT, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Experience: * IT (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
