Job Summary: We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to monitor the environment, ensure order, and proactively manage security while guiding customers and colleagues. Key Highlights: 1. Proactively maintain security and proper operation of the premises. **Job: Floor Supervisor** We seek a professional to serve as a **Floor Supervisor**, demonstrating responsibility, attentiveness, and strong professional demeanor. **Working Hours:** * From **09:00 to 21:00** * **12x36 shift schedule** **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect and monitor the environment to ensure order and compliance with internal regulations; * Guide customers and colleagues as needed; * Identify and report risky situations or irregularities; * Act preventively to maintain security and proper operation of the premises. **Requirements:** * **Strong professional demeanor** and appropriate appearance; * **Basic voice modulation skills**, with clear and respectful communication; * Basic knowledge of the **Q Code**; * Attention to detail, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with the public. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role or in related security/inspection fields; * Strong observational skills and emotional control.
