**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Currently pursuing a college degree is preferred. * Prior experience operating the Linx POS system will be considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **What a Cash Supervisor does daily:** * Has in-depth knowledge of the store's financing options. * Performs cash register opening and closing procedures. * Reviews and approves receipt and order cancellations. * Promotes cash drawer withdrawals when necessary. * Processes cash refunds. * Submits service requests via the Service Desk. * Operates the cash register when required, strictly adhering to all procedures. * Knows and trains teams on potential payment frauds and checkout-related frauds. * Conducts monthly test transactions with cashiers, addressing identified deficiencies and opportunities. * Stocks promotional items that drive sales. * Maintains cleanliness and organization of checkouts and check-stands; Apply for this position and become part of our journey!
