Participate in local and national planning meetings. Conduct post\-training sessions until completion. Lead demonstration classes in partnership with the sales team. Complete pedagogical forms. Monitor student attendance. Implement the full evaluation system. Conduct makeup classes when necessary. Organize and participate in school events. Foster student interaction both inside and outside the classroom. Perform tasks pertinent to standard Educator duties. Position based in Belo Horizonte / MG. Previous experience as an Instructor, Teacher, Facilitator, or Social Educator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
