Additionally, we rank among the top 100 bakeries in Brazil, according to Padaria Magazine – Bakertop. **Job Mission:** Ensure friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers, operating the cash register accurately and responsibly. Support both in-person and digital customer service routines, contributing to store organization and a positive shopping experience, always in compliance with La Boulangerie’s processes and standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service at the counter and via digital channels (WhatsApp, iFood, phone calls); * Operate the commercial automation system accurately and responsibly; * Receive payments through various methods (cash, card, PIX), verifying amounts with the customer; * Correctly enter items on order slips and verify during closing; * Include CPF on the Legal Invoice and enroll customers in the Loyalty Program; * Package orders according to scheduled timeframes; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace during and after each shift; * Identify customer needs and provide product information; * Carefully decorate gift baskets and order boxes; * Request product restocking and ensure correct labeling (price and expiration date). **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal communication skills, friendliness, and courtesy in customer service; * Professional personal appearance and daily proactivity; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varied routines; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service, bakeries, or cafés; * Basic knowledge of food handling and cash register operation; * Proficiency in calculations and value verification; * Agility and familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp, ordering systems, etc.). **Benefits Offered:** * SESC membership * Partnerships with universities and educational institutions * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Extended maternity leave * Monthly food basket * On-site snacks * Day off **Benefits:** No benefits reported
