Efficiency and organization in customer service **OPEN POSITION – BARTENDER (WITH EXPERIENCE)** We are seeking a talented and creative bartender who is passionate about mixology and has proven experience preparing classic and original drinks. **Availability:** Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender * Knowledge of classic cocktails and drink creation * Efficiency and organization in customer service * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Ability to work effectively in a team * Preferred: knowledge of beverage pairing **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails in a standardized manner * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area * Manage inventory and restock supplies * Provide friendly and attentive service to customers Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.980,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
