RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform the necessary mise en place for opening the sales point. * Fulfill received requests by preparing beverages according to technical specifications. * Approach customers, receive and attend to their requests, recommending menu items to deliver high-quality service. * Relay orders accurately, specifying types and quantities, so requests can be submitted to responsible departments. * Remain constantly attentive to customer requests, proactively replenishing beverages and products. * Prepare requested beverages following predefined recipes. * Ensure beverages are served according to specifications. * Deliver the bill or check to the customer upon request, awaiting the customer's chosen payment method or signature, where applicable. * Monitor beverage inflow and outflow using company-specific methods. * Analyze and promptly report possible shortages of supplies or equipment issues to the department leader. * Request beverage purchases via specific requisitions to meet bar, restaurant, and event needs. * Remove unused utensils and clean tables and surrounding areas to maintain an organized sales point. * Monitor sales across all hotel beverage outlets. * Prepare daily sales and inventory control reports, submitting them to supervision. * Fulfill requests received from Maitres, Waiters, and the Events Department by preparing beverages. * Prepare all requested beverage types following defined recipes. * Perform other duties related to this position. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in this role. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in hospitality or events.
