Job Summary: The Bartender will be responsible for all bar operations, including preparing drinks according to recipes, organizing products, and maintaining cleanliness of the environment and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for drink production and bar organization 2. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace 3. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — 4 Fogo \& Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and state capital. MTO is passionate about great food and motivated to deliver and share wonderful moments! **Position: BARTENDER** Location: O Matuto \- Fogo \& Mar \- Taquaral **Your daily menu:** Responsible for the bar area. Prepare drinks according to customer orders, following standard recipes and techniques for each beverage. Label products such as fruits and syrups, indicating expiration dates and storage conditions. Clean the workplace. Clean refrigerators and department utensils, including knives, cutting boards, sieves, and pitchers. Restock beverages in the department at the end of the shift. Prepare syrups for Italian soda production. Complete department cleaning checklists to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Clean the ice machine. Clean the glass washer. Produce dehydrated fruits as needed. Prepare juices. **Ingredients we seek:** Flexible availability regarding working hours.
