Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Bartender skilled in classic and original cocktail making, with an interest in sake-based drinks, to prepare and serve customers. Key Highlights: 1. Position Description: We are looking for a professional to work as a Bartender, with experience in classic and original cocktail making, as well as knowledge of or interest in working with sake-based drinks. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve classic and original cocktails, maintaining quality standards and presentation. * Develop drinks and combinations using sake, applying techniques from Japanese mixology. * Serve customers courteously, attentively, and efficiently to ensure a positive bar experience. * Organize and restock bar supplies and utensils. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the bar counter and equipment. * Monitor inventory and suggest purchases of beverages and supplies when necessary. Requirements: * Proven experience as a bartender. * Knowledge of mixology (classic, original, and/or contemporary). * Prior experience with or interest in sake-based drinks and Japanese culture is preferred. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary: R$ 1\.768,67 \+ commissions Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Transportation Allowance \+ On-site Meal Benefit.
