Salary: R$ 2\.138,00 Work Schedule: 44 hours per week; 6x1 rotating schedule with fixed weekly day off; Sundays: 2x1 (work two Sundays and have the third Sunday off); We offer: Performance-based cash bonus of up to BRL 200; Basic food basket allowance of BRL 80.00 per month; Meal voucher (only on Sundays and holidays); Life insurance; Store product discounts; Paid overtime (we do not use time banks); Optional transportation voucher. Key Responsibilities: Accurately register sales and process payments; Open and close the cash register, ensuring all amounts are verified; Provide courteous, agile, and efficient service to all customers; Maintain an organized cash register ready for store traffic; Perform system registrations and updates, such as shopping clubs and loyalty programs; Issue invoices and receipts correctly; Manage various payment methods (cash, card, Pix, vouchers, etc.); Assist with product returns and exchanges according to store procedures; Support product organization and restocking near the checkout during peak hours; Identify and report cash register or inventory discrepancies; Prepare simple reports and assist management with daily closing.
