




Job Summary: A bakery professional responsible for maintaining hygiene, organizing ingredients and utensils, preparing and supervising bakery classes, and producing items for events. Preparing and supervising bakery classes Bakery Experience Maintain environmental hygiene (equipment, utensils, facilities). Maintain personal hygiene (no beard, clean uniform, appropriate footwear, hairnet, no jewelry). Store ingredients properly (dry, frozen, or refrigerated), always labeled and tightly sealed. Check ingredient expiration dates. Perform mise en place before each class. Verify ingredients and utensils required for courses prior to starting each class. After each class, label all leftovers, separate perishable ingredients for refrigeration, and return unused items to inventory (ingredients, utensils, baskets, plates, towels). Monitor and report equipment malfunctions. Control ingredient usage according to formulations in basic course manuals. Produce items for executive meetings and company events upon request. After each class, perform environmental sanitation (equipment, utensils, floor, workbenches, dishes, baking molds, and any other items used during class). Supervise students entering workshops wearing proper attire, no jewelry, and in compliance with current regulations. Coordinate with members for external technical support during the first-month training. Technical Level.
