Below are the job details: Position: Baker Contract: Temporary with formal registration in employment record book (CTPS) Salary: BRL 3,500.00 + additional performance-based bonus of up to BRL 600.00 Benefits: Meal voucher: BRL 21.34/day (Monday to Friday), Transportation voucher: BRL 20.00/day, Mobile phone allowance: BRL 50.00/month, Life insurance Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM VR and transportation voucher reimbursement will be paid after seven business days from the start date. * ⚠️ Mandatory Requirements: * Must have experience in panettone production; * Must be available for immediate start; * Must own an Android smartphone. Responsibilities: * Maintain organization, hygiene, cleanliness, aesthetic presentation, agility, and concentration; * Accurately execute recipes while adhering strictly to product flavor and quality standards; * Properly package and store produced items; * Complete the entire production process during store operations; * Ensure products are displayed in-store as soon as possible — this responsibility lies solely with the employee.
