Job Summary: The 3rd Baker will support the central kitchen team in bread and bakery production, ensuring quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Support for daily bread and bakery production 2. Participation in training and continuous improvement As a member of the central kitchen team at Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo, the 3rd Baker will be responsible for supporting the team in daily bread and bakery production activities, ensuring all tasks are performed with attention to quality standards. **Brief description of responsibilities:** * Assist in producing bread and other bakery items following instructions from supervisors; * Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the production area; * Comply with food safety regulations and wear mandatory PPE; * Assist in restocking products at distribution points; * Participate in training and pursue continuous improvement; * Maintain full knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards; * Ensure brand standards and those of its certifiers are maintained at a superior level in daily activities; * Assist in inventory control and monitor product expiration dates; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Participate in training sessions and meetings when requested. **Education:** * High school diploma; * Certification in Viennoiserie/bakery; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Gastronomy or related fields is a plus. **Languages:** * Proficiency in Portuguese communication: speaking, writing, and reading; **Experience:** * Experience in bakery services. **Employment Type & Benefits:** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: 11:00 PM to 6:25 AM; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off – weekly day off determined by rotating schedule; * On-site work; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (Ifood Card); * On-site meals; * Uniform; * Service charge (tip); * Birthday day off; * Total Pass; * Petlove; * Special rates for using the company’s accommodation and outlet services. **FRAUD ALERT** Dear Candidates, We are aware that certain individuals, acting in bad faith, have impersonated recruiters and are offering employment contracts on behalf of TIVOLI MOFARREJ SÃO PAULO and SEEN SÃO PAULO.
