All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **MISSION** To be a driving force behind learning transformation by coordinating operational and behavioral training for car rental (RAC) and used vehicle operations. Ensure excellence in training logistics, execution, and quality—whether in-person, online, or hybrid—acting as a strategic link between operations and corporate functions. Identify and communicate training needs from business areas, anticipate demands, and propose innovative solutions that boost performance and results. More than just executing training, inspire and engage teams, ensuring every development initiative delivers tangible business impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the field training team and ensure implementation across regional offices; * Plan full training logistics (venue, materials, equipment, attendance lists, reaction and assimilation assessments); * Train and retrain store trainers, monitoring frontline execution; * Assess training needs and suggest improvements and formats (in-person, e-learning, hybrid); * Work both in-office and in the field, with availability for travel; * Propose and monitor training success metrics and suggest learning methodologies aligned with business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in planning and executing training programs and logistics; * Knowledge of learning methodologies and instructional design; * Experience in complex operations or large-scale retail; * Hands-on, organized, analytical profile with high energy; * Availability for travel and field activities; * Familiarity with KPIs and LMS tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with gamification, e-learning, and hybrid training; * Knowledge of digital tools for learning management; * Proximity to the Itaim Bibi–SP region. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
