We are looking for a candidate with strong negotiation skills, analytical vision, and solid experience in the civil construction sector, ensuring efficiency in procurement processes, cost control, and timely supply to construction sites. ️ Key Responsibilities Manage the entire procurement and supply process for the construction company; Develop and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality; Manage contracts, quotations, and procurement processes for materials and services; Monitor construction project schedules to ensure adequate material supply; Track departmental KPIs, costs, budgets, and supplier performance; Develop cost-reduction strategies and drive continuous improvement of procurement processes; Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, finance, and executive leadership; Lead the purchasing team, fostering organization, professional development, and high performance. ✅ Requirements Solid experience in procurement; Mandatory experience in the civil construction sector / construction companies; Experience in technical procurement of construction materials, inputs, and services; Strong negotiation and supplier management skills; Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and procurement planning; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
