**Alicerce Educação** is a social impact startup dedicated to reducing educational inequality in Brazil. Among its various programs, it offers the "Mais Adulto" program for individuals aged 18 and older. In the "Mais Adulto" program, Professors—whom we call Guides—are professionals responsible for both planning and delivering lessons based on the program's methodology. **Requirements for this position:** Hold a completed undergraduate degree; Have classroom teaching experience; Be available to complete the Guide training program. **Schedule:** To be determined. **Address:** Rua Claudionor de Souza Porto, No. 36, Jd.
